Post‑press operator who supports the post‑press process, responsible for the operation and manual setup/change‑overs of multi‑color sheet‑fed or high‑speed continuous/web presses. Standing for most of the workday.

11:00pm‑7:00am / Sunday‑Thursday (training on first shift)

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

• Operate and manually set up/change over multi‑color sheet‑fed or high‑speed continuous/web presses.
• Perform complete effective set‑up of press, including identifying and loading correct stock, setting paper path and stretch, bending and mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, die registration, adjusting ink and water balance, ensuring accurate multi‑color register and setting attribute functions such as perforations, numbering, file holes, etc.
• Determine and understand all order instructions and running of press, meeting job requirements of ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, size and construction, and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance; adjust equipment including blanket changes, washing units, cleaning water system and roller settings as required. Demonstrate use of press controls and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.

• 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing/printing experience.

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years printing press experience; familiarity with Lean principles.
• Knowledge of printing process and in usage.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
