** Responsibilities for a Print Press Operator include but are not limited to: *

** Press Operation & Setup:
** Manage the manual setup, changeovers, and continuous operation of multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed web presses. This includes bending/mounting plates, loading correct stock, and setting paper paths.

** Quality & Color Control:
** Mix PMS ink, maintain accurate ink and water balance, manage die registration, and ensure precise multi-color register to meet customer expectations for ink density, size, and construction.

** Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
** Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance, including blanket changes, washing up units, cleaning water systems, and adjusting roller settings to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

** Candidates for Print Press Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered: *

** Experience & Age:
** Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of manufacturing or printing experience (2+ years of dedicated printing press experience preferred).

** Skills &

Education:

** High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must possess basic math, reading, and computer skills, along with strong communication abilities.

** Process Knowledge:
** Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and a solid, working knowledge of the printing process and equipment usage.

** Pay Details:**  $20.00 per hour
