• Operate and perform manual set‑ups or changeovers on multi‑color sheet‑fed or high‑speed presses.
• Set up the press, load correct stock, set paper path and stretch, mount plates, mix PMS ink, register die, adjust ink and water balance, and set attribute functions such as perforations and numbering.
• Interpret order instructions and meet requirements for ink density, color match, size, construction and other attributes to deliver quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance.
• Operate and demonstrate all press controls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, adjust equipment, and maintain water system and roller settings.

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years manufacturing or printing experience.
• Education:
  
  HS/GED.
• Knowledge of printing press experience and Lean principles.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Hourly rate $20.00 – $21.00. Eligible for commission or annual performance incentive plan. Base pay varies by knowledge, skills, location and experience.
