Weekly Contract Duration: 3 months Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Join a leading financial and data services company with a 100-year history. What started as a check-printing business has grown into a company connecting millions of small businesses, thousands of financial institutions, and leading brands with their customers and their money.

• Perform routine manual and automated post-press functions.
• Operate basic bindery and post-press equipment, including a cutter.
• Set up equipment and gather materials efficiently for production.
• Monitor equipment and maintain adequate stock of production supplies.
• Check customer orders, stamp and proofread documents, and generate shipping labels.
• Follow order instructions and operate equipment safely and productively.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, quantity, ink coverage, and correct shipping labels.
• Use basic computer systems to complete production-related tasks.
• Use powered hand trucks to move materials when required.
• Sort and label orders according to customer and postal requirements.
• Load trucks and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Monitor binding margins and ensure proper insert/tagboard placement.
• Review finished products against order specifications and manifests.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and production standards.
• Maintain required productivity, accuracy, and quality levels.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Printing process or printing operations experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Experience operating powered hand trucks is a plus.
