Packing Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking a reliable Packing Associate to support light industrial operations for our clients. In this role, you will accurately prepare, pack, and label products for shipment while following detailed instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting items for defects, sealing boxes, organizing finished goods, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meeting production goals and supporting smooth warehouse operations as part of a people-first, service-focused staffing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and seal products according to order specifications
