Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately

• Maintain vendor records and support 1099 reporting

• Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage auto-pay programs

• Handle employee expense reimbursements

• Reconcile AP-related G/L accounts and support accruals

• Assist with month-end/year-end close and special projects

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP system

• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
