Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Passthrough Tax Senior Manager to manage and conduct reviews of complex tax returns for individual clients and businesses. The ideal candidate will lead engagements from start to finish and develop strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with tax laws. You will oversee staff, provide exceptional service, and participate in business development efforts to grow the firm’s practice.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an active CPA license, and 8+ years of public accounting experience. Knowledge of CCH Axcess and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. The role offers a hybrid working model.
