CFS in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage key financial processes in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will process vendor invoices, coordinate payments by check, ACH and card, and record daily deposits and receipts to keep accounts current.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, knowledge of GAAP, and Net Suite experience. Proficiency in Excel and an associate degree are a plus.
