HB Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role supports key accounting operations, month-end close, revenue reconciliation, accounts payable, and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage accounts payable, vendor onboarding, and corporate spend processes
• Review and reconcile corporate card transactions
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
• Perform bank, investment, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain prepaid, fixed asset, depreciation, and accrual schedules
• Record revenue and reconcile advisory fees
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve billing variances
• Support audits, reporting, and accounting process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or active pursuit of CPA required
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Experience with AP/spend management platforms such as Ramp, , or Coupa preferred
• Passion for accuracy, process improvement, and leveraging AI-enabled tools
