Job Details:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and audit, with a solid understanding of GAAP and compliance regulations. Responsibilities:

• 1. Leading and managing a variety of audit engagements, ensuring all assignments are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
• 2. Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring they are in compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations.
• 3. Providing operational assurance and advisory services to our clients, helping them to enhance their financial processes and controls.
• 4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• 5. Supervising and mentoring Assurance Seniors and other junior staff, providing them with guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• 6. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and changes in regulations, ensuring our audit practices remain compliant and effective.
• 7. Working closely with other team members and departments to deliver a seamless service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and audit, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
• 2. A strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
• 3. Proven experience in reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
• 4. Experience in operational assurance and providing accounting advisory services.
• 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• 8. A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• 9. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) would be highly advantageous.
