The JobAssociate Product Manager (CRAFTSMAN) – Hybrid
You’ll be part of our product management team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- With guidance, manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the Product Manager, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate and lead cross-department teams and business groups (engineering, manufacturing, finance) to drive and develop new products that meet company objectives with the Product Management team.
- Work with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and sales promotion programs.
- Develop and implement marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials, and web content to promote the managed product portfolio.
- Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margin, and profitability targets.
- Work with the Product Management team to develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for a profitable retail and industrial product portfolio.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and end-user insights to inform successful new product launches.
- Validate CTQs, testing, and claims with end users.
- Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Learns and applies SBD and industry-standard Product Development protocol.

- BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or combination of relevant education/experience.
- 0-3 years of Product Management experience
- Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams.
- Demonstrated problem solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications.
- Role is Hybrid with 3 days per week in Office

Base pay range for this position in Maryland is $51,700 - $78,000 per year. Pay is based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
