As a Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee.

• Middle Tier Dollar Portfolio Management
• Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply to plan new product transitions, promotional activity, network disaggregation and develop market trend analysis on product and customer forecasts
• Assist in preparation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% customer fill rates
• Responsible for Individual Performance Metrics

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience
• 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience
• Knowledge of JDA Manugistics & SAP preferred
• Basic financial skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead, coach and train peers
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to problem solve
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills

• Competitive salary (Maryland: $62,200–$100,165 per year); pay based on market location and qualifications
