As a Program Analyst Associate supporting the Worldwide Field Support (WFS) Program Management Office (PMO) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) and Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC) in sustaining U.S. Army C5
ISR systems and capabilities around the globe.
Responsible for providing ongoing analytics and specialized financial support while providing day-to-day program support to the WFS PMO/PCO.
- Responsible for various business and financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, auditing and analysis.
- Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of the contract.
- Supports team in managing, tracking and reporting data as requested.
- Maintains appropriate records and documentation.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures and government regulations.
- Participates in ad-hoc/special projects as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
This is an SCA position.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst Associate must have:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, presentations, and electronic records. Oracle and SC360 experience a plus. - Program
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple personnel actions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. - Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, program leadership, U.S. Army customers, government personnel, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams. - Administrative
Skills:
Ability to review documentation for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, maintain detailed records, and follow actions through completion. - Financial
Skills:
Basic understanding of business travel, expense reporting, timekeeping, labor charging, and administrative financial processes. - U.S. Citizenship

Yes. - Role Requirements: Ability to work onsite as required at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and support a PMO operating across multiple U.S. and international time zones.
