Construction Manager​/Superintendent

Location: Maryland Metro Area (Field-Based)

Industry: High-End Custom Home Construction

We’re looking for a Construction Manager / Superintendent who takes real ownership of their builds. This is a field-based role for someone who treats every home like it’s their own — solving problems proactively, making decisions independently, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

If you enjoy leading complex custom projects, working directly with homeowners, and running the job site with autonomy, this role is for you.

• Own custom home projects from start to finish
• Lead job sites and coordinate subcontractors
• Manage schedules, quality, and day-to-day field execution
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners during construction
• Run client meetings and manage expectations
• Adapt daily priorities based on site conditions and client needs
• Solve problems independently with strong judgment

• Experience with custom homes or high-end remodeling (not production)
• Proven field leadership and project ownership
• Solid knowledge across residential construction trades
• Comfortable working on job sites and local travel
• Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable
