Labor Journeyman

Location: US-MD-Towson

The Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site.

• Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris.
• Navigate construction job site terrain.
• Clean and sanitize jobsite trailers.
• Assist with basic deliveries and material storage.
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site.
• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed and planned by Foreperson.
• Report all safety incidents and injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader.
• Any scope of work outside of the above listed shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety and Management.

• Experience/
  
  Education:
  
  
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • OSHA 10‑hour certified recommended; the company will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary.
  • Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
  • Willingness to work in a high‑stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary: $23.00 – $34.18 per hour plus benefits and retirement program.
