Labor Journeyman
Location: US-MD-Towson
OverviewThe Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site.
Responsibilities- Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris.
- Navigate construction job site terrain.
- Clean and sanitize jobsite trailers.
- Assist with basic deliveries and material storage.
- Housekeeping interior and exterior project site.
- Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed and planned by Foreperson.
- Report all safety incidents and injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader.
- Any scope of work outside of the above listed shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety and Management.
- Experience/
Education:- High school diploma or GED.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- OSHA 10‑hour certified recommended; the company will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary.
- Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
- Willingness to work in a high‑stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary: $23.00 – $34.18 per hour plus benefits and retirement program.
