Pay Range:$77.45 - $83.42/hour

What’s the Job?

• Manage and oversee all construction activities, including constructability reviews, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze project risks, resource needs, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
• Present project updates, reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Hold general contractors accountable for project execution, schedule adherence, and minimizing project risks.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of construction management experience, preferably supporting large-scale data center projects.
• Strong experience managing stakeholders and driving outcomes that align with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
