Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction activities at designated project buildings, specifically involving union contractors at Philadelphia schools. The role requires ensuring that project scopes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.

• Manage and oversee construction activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and direct their activities.
• Participate in onsite management to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Supervise a workforce of union contractors for energy efficiency upgrades.

• Strong project management and construction management skills.
• Experience in site construction and energy efficiency.
• Proven supervisory skills with a union workforce.
• Project coordination experience.
• Hands‑on construction experience.

• OSHA 10 certification is required
• Experience with energy efficiency upgrades is a plus.
• Ability to travel between different schools, within a 26-mile radius.

The position involves managing union contractors at school sites in Philadelphia. The work requires travel between three schools, which are no more than 26 miles apart, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
