Brand Studio Graphic Designer - Hybrid

About the Opportunity

In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between working in the Towson, Maryland office and remotely. You'll be a key part of their Studio Team, collaborating with art directors and brand strategists to create engaging visuals for various marketing materials.

• Develop graphic concepts for print and digital marketing campaigns across all Stanley Black & Decker brands (DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, HUSTLER).
• Design for various touchpoints: e-commerce graphics, social media, email marketing, in-store displays, packaging, and more.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Maintain graphic asset libraries and create design templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams (copywriters, digital designers, photographers).

• 4-year degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office.
• Experience with print design, pre-pressing artwork, and digital advertising.
• Experience with social media graphics creation.
• A strong understanding of 360 marketing and consumer touchpoints.
