AboutThe Role
We’re hiring a Customer Communications Associate to support day-to-day communication with customers and partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and keeping information organized in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Communications Associate, you’ll serve as a key point of contact—responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely information. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, this role offers a strong foundation for growth in communications, operations, or customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, schedules, and policies
- Assist with resolving customer concerns or escalating issues when appropriate
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and positive tone in all interactions
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups
- Track and document customer interactions, requests, and feedback
- Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, and customer reminders
- Assist with creating simple customer-facing updates, notices, or FAQs
- Help maintain organized contact lists, communication logs, and records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, communications, or retail is a plus — but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
