Bilingual Customer Service Associate - NWPS

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Answer inbound calls

+ Provide exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans

+ Educate participants about their retirement account and features

+ Perform data entry and other administrative tasks

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
* ** Knowledge of:*
* + 401(k) or other qualified retirement plans preferred, but not required

+ Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

+ Salesforce preferred, but not required

** Skill in:*
* + Bilingual written and verbal communication (Spanish/English)

+ Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication

** Ability to:*
* + Multitask and manage priorities effectively

+ Solve problems and make sound decisions

+ Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach

+ Adapt to change in a dynamic environment

+ Maintain quality and accountability for results

** Educational/Previous Experience Requirements*
* + High School Degree or equivalent

+ Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training approved by Human Resources.
