Customer Service Associate

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our client’s team in Towson, MD. This is a Hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $23-$27 per hour (depending on experience).

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PDF handling
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Answer inbound calls (no selling)
• Provide exceptional customer service regarding retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), or other qualified plans
• Educate participants about their retirement accounts and features
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Facilitate problem resolution and document processing
