• Answers inbound calls (no selling)
• Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
• Educates participants about their retirement account and features
• Performs data entry and other administrative tasks
• Facilitates problem resolution and document processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Ability to multitask
• Show initiative and be proactive when necessary
• Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Diagnose problems and offer resolution
• Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement
• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• High School Degree or equivalent, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training approved by Human Resources

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $21.28/hour - $28.37/hour
