PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position

PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.

PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.

• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care
• Take and interpret dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care plans
• Document treatment accurately

• Active Dental Hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in general or specialty dental practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
