On-Site School Psychologist—Student in Baltimore

In this position, you will work approximately 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with dedicated educators and parents to foster student achievement and well-being. Your expertise in school psychology will help shape positive, supportive learning experiences for students, giving you the opportunity to see your efforts come to life every day.

• Master’s or PhD in School Psychology
• Valid Maryland certification or state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Ability to complete all district-specific credentialing and background checks, including those required by House Bill 486 (background check, fingerprinting, employment history review)
• Readiness to participate in a prescreen interview to ensure the right fit for the district and the role

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret data to guide student support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop intervention strategies
• Support students across various grade levels (caseload and schools assigned TBD)
• Promote safe, inclusive learning environments through crisis management and preventive programs
• Provide counseling, consultation, and recommendations for students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
