Job Summary

The Alumni Benefits and Communication Coordinator supports programs that provide benefits and services to alumni and supports multiple alumni communication channels, including the alumni insurance program, virtual book club, reduced tickets to community events, online discounts, and the alumni program.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Coordinate and grow affinity benefits programs including the auto, life, and license plate insurance programs.
- Act as the department liaison for Salesforce data requests and send electronic communication to alumni as needed.
- Manage and coordinate alumni distribution and requests.
- Provide support for alumni website, emails, event registration pages, and TU Today.
- Manage and grow online discount services and ticket programs.
- Assist with Volunteer Service Programs, recognition events, and Career Fairs/Open Houses.
- Coordinate alumni virtual benefits, including the Alumni Learning Consortium.
- Layout alumni newsletters and other communication pieces.
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Knowledge of constituent relations in an academic setting and marketing/communications practices.
- Ability to represent the University and the Office of Alumni Relations at a high level under certain circumstances.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, committed to collaboration and customer service.
Targeted salary range is $56,000–$61,000 annually. Benefits include 22 days of annual leave, up to 17 holidays, personal and sick days, comprehensive health, life, and retirement plans, and tuition remission.
Other InformationTelework may be available for up to two days per week following 90 days of service in good standing.
