Part‑Time Extended Care Coordinator (NE) (2026‑2027) – Immaculate Conception School, Towson MD
The Immaculate Conception School is seeking a qualified part‑time Extended Care Coordinator for the 2026‑2027 school year. The coordinator should have management experience and experience working with young children, and will be responsible for the direct supervision of students and staff during the program hours (1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).

- Supervise the daily operations of the Extended Care Program.
- Supervise aides in planning appropriate social, physical, and creative activities for the students.
- Provide a safe and clean environment for the students.
- Record daily student attendance.
- Record daily payments and post to the accounts receivable system.
- Work with the Business Office on monthly billing.
- Communicate daily with Extended Care Program parents regarding concerns or issues, schedule changes, and general administrative matters.
- Supervise day‑care staff members.
- Communicate all significant concerns and issues to the school administration.
- Comply with all regulations of the State Letter of Compliance.
- Complete all paperwork required to update and maintain the State Letter of Compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field preferred.
- MSDE childcare credentialing or willingness to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR certified.
Hourly: $35.00 – $40.00
