• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Follow lesson plans and daily routines to support children's learning.
• Supervise children and encourage their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure quality care.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must meet Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC) requirements.
• Must successfully complete required background, medical, and certification requirements.

• Caring, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for working with children in a positive learning environment.
