Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning? We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and nurturing 3

Year old Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3–6.

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where children thrive.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning through play.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Complete lesson plans, required documentation, and classroom responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree preferred)
• CDA, Credential, or Preschool Qualification Evaluation (PQE) preferred or required based on position
• Required Maryland Office of Child Care (OCC) training, including:
  • 45 Hours Child Growth & Development
  • 45 Hours Methods & Materials
  • 9 Hours Communication
  • Basic Health & Safety
  • Developmental Screening
  • American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Training
  • Emergency Preparedness
  • Medication Administration
  • Pediatric First Aid & CPR
• Must meet all Maryland Office of Child Care (OCC) teacher qualification requirements.
