Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Manager – Lead Quality for Mission‑Critical Technologies

WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.
- Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on new product and process initiatives.
- Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.
- Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.
- Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.
- Stay current on quality trends and best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills — required.
- Ability to manage complex issues and drive decisions — required.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment — required.
- Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles — advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems — advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field — required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination — required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance — required.
