We are currently seeking a Junior Engineering Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team.

Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under the direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.

• Supporting ICWG meetings and following up on action items.
• Processing and formatting Requests for Tests (RFT) for the engineering team.
• Maintaining the tracker and coordinating outbrief for completed tests.
• Following up on actions that are recorded during the Test Integration Meeting.
• Processing and formatting Engineering Memos for the Engineering team.
• Maintaining the Technical Exchange Request (TER) tracker and following up to document closure.
• Other duties as required.

Up to 3 years of relevant experience and a BS degree in engineering. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience including demonstrated training/knowledge of engineering processes related to military acquisition programs.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65 to $ (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
