We are searching for a Retrofit and ECP Program Analyst to support our PMA 262 customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.
Duties:- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Tracks program/project status and schedules
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
- Direct coordination with Fleet customer on TD implementation schedules & tasking
- Responsible for ECP/TD reviews and associated implementation schedules
- Coordination with IPTs to understand scope, technical complexity, and dependencies of approved change packages
- Critical member of the scheduling team aligning the Independent Government Schedule to fleet activities
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules

Education:
Possess a BA/BS degree
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
ORFour (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience:Three (3) - Ten (10) years’ experience performing the duties described above.
DesiredExperience:
- Demonstrated understanding of maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft operations, mission systems, and stakeholder coordination within the naval aviation enterprise.
- Hands‑on experience with NAVAIR configuration management processes, including retrofit planning, engineering change proposals (ECPs), technical directives (TDs), kitting strategies, and technical evaluations.
- Proficient in project planning and visualization tools such as Microsoft Project and One Pager Pro for schedule development, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Working knowledge of NAVAIR processes and procedures in one or more of the following areas: contracts management, budget and financial management, and logistics support.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract‑specific requirements.
