KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site/Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect) to join our Land Development team in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who thrives in a leadership position—managing complex projects, mentoring teams, navigating regulatory processes, and helping grow a well-established and collaborative practice.

As a senior leader within our Land Development group, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex site development projects while serving as a mentor to staff and a strategic partner to practice leadership.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, landscape architects, and designers delivering high-quality civil/site designs
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from due diligence and concept development through zoning, permitting, construction documents, and construction support
• Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients across commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, energy, and other land development projects
• Partner closely with the Practice Leader to grow the business by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Prepare and oversee fee proposals, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and professional development guidance to support team growth and project success
• Conduct site visits, review existing conditions, and support construction inspections as needed
• Collaborate with project support staff on project setup, invoicing, forecasting, and closeout to ensure strong project administration
• Prepare and review technical reports, regulatory submittals, and client deliverables to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license (required)
• Extensive experience in land development engineering/design, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Proven success managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and client relationships
• Demonstrated experience with proposal development, contract administration, and project financial management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for mentoring, developing teams, and contributing to long-term practice growth
