- Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++.
- Expertise in motor control for BLDC/PMSM motors.
- Deep understanding of real-time systems, interrupts, timers, PWM, ADC, communication protocols.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based workflows.
- Experience in test automation using Python or similar tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on embedded hardware.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and customer interaction skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Exposure to HIL systems (NI, dSPACE, Vector).
- Knowledge of battery-powered tools, power electronics, and safety systems.
- Experience in product safety standards (IEC/ISO) is a plus
