Metrea Algorithmics (MAX) provides unique engineering services, cloud-based cyber operations infrastructure, advanced tactics, techniques and procedures training, and a full suite of wireless communications survey and reconnaissance sensors that enable real-time multi-domain awareness while enhancing command and control.
Position SummaryAs an Android-savvy CNO Developer, the successful candidate will be part of a team that works on advanced mobile solutions, requiring strong technical skills in native Android development, C programming, ARM assembly, and reverse engineering.
Role And Responsibilities- Develop and maintain native Android applications, utilizing expertise in C and ARM assembly for embedded systems.
- Work with MIPS router technology to support integration and optimization.
- Use reverse engineering techniques to analyze, troubleshoot and enhance existing software or systems.
- At least five years of experience in software development or a related discipline; at least two years in cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
- Native Android development experience (C, ARM assembly).
- Reverse engineering experience.
- MIPS router experience.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and five years of additional experience; OR Master’s degree and three years of additional experience; OR Doctorate and one year of additional experience.

- Employee must have and maintain a Top-Secret SCI with Full-Scope Poly Clearance Level.
- Valid Driver’s license.

Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on‑call and available, as business needs require. Non‑Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
