The Job:

As a Job Title Here, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:

* Assist other technicians and engineers with test preparation and troubleshooting.

* Prepare battery cells and packs for testing such as welding, soldering, and wiring.

* Perform battery cell and pack abuse, environmental, and cycle life testing, on a variety of equipment and software.

* Assemble and repair test fixtures and set-ups.

* Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and recycling of cells and packs.

* Maintain supplies and cell storage.

* Associate degree or Certification in the technical or electrical field or equivalent work experience required.

* 2+ years' experience working in electronics, electrical and environmental testing required.

* Good oral and written communication skills.

* Knowledge of DC and AC circuitry, electronics assembly, and troubleshooting.

* Battery and Charger testing experience preferred.

* Good mechanical skills and hands-on aptitude.

* Proficiency in data acquisition (DAQ) and Excel data reporting.

* Understanding of electronic test equipment, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.

* Familiarity with PCB design, layout, and preparation for testing.

* Ability to work independently to determine methods and procedures of new assignments.

* Ability to validate data and troubleshoot accordingly.

* Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping skills.

* Skilled in Microsoft Office and preparing reports.

* Flexible in a dynamic product development environment.

* Ability to complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

The Salary range for this position is $76,400.00 - $
