This is an outstanding opportunity for civil engineers who are looking to grow. DMW is seeking civil engineers with at least 3 years of experience in land development engineering and design in Maryland. Applicants should have knowledge in the following areas of design: storm drains, sanitary sewers, water systems, roads, stormwater management, grading, sediment and erosion control and flood studies. This role emphasizes technical expertise in civil engineering design and effective communications skills.
This is a learning position that offers growth opportunities and requires an organized, detail-oriented team player.
Job Requirements
B.S. in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
Proficient with AutoCAD software.
Experience with latest MD Standards for Soil Erosion, and Sediment Control and MD Storm Water Management regulations
Ability to adapt to change work assignments and multiple priorities.
Job Preferences
Engineer-in-Training is preferred. Previous work experience involving preparation of site construction drawings is an advantage.
