** The Job:*
* As a Lead Technician, you'll be part of our Test Department team working as an on-site employee.  You'll get to:

+ Work with engineers to plan, set up, and execute tests on new power tool products.

+ Learn and apply new technologies that support product development and testing.

+ Collaborate with the team and Engineers to develop and validate new testing methods.

+ Gather, analyze, and interpret test data to identify issues and recommend solutions.

+ Provide mentorship and training to technicians on test methods and best practices.

+ Lead troubleshooting of complex technical problems and implement corrective actions.

+ Support the Reliability team in creating and maintaining test procedures.

+ Ensure lab processes, equipment use, and documentation meet safety and quality standards.

+ 5+ years of relevant experience

+ 5+ years of relevant hands-on test lab or product development experience with advanced skills across test processes, procedures, and systems.

+ Strong problem-solving ability, capable of analyzing complex data and resolving issues.

+ Knowledge and use with lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.

+ Skilled communicator, able to clearly convey technical findings and collaborate effectively across related teams.

+ Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations

The Salary range for this position is $63,700.00 - $
