TheJob:
As a Senior Engineering Technician here, you'll be part of our EE Engineering Lab team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:
- Assemble, modify, and debug electronic prototypes, test fixtures, and hardware assemblies.
- Perform bench testing of circuit boards, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.
- Support engineers in validating designs, running experiments, and collecting test data.
- Solder and rework electrical assemblies
- Document test setups, procedures, observations, and results.
- Assist with root-cause analysis for hardware failures and reliability issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, parts inventory, and test stations.
- Adopt 5S methodology to create an organized, clean and highly efficient workspace.

- 0–3 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or in a related position.
- 0–3 years of experience with printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, surface-mount soldering, and electronics prototyping.
- 0–3 years of experience reading and interpreting designs/schematics and troubleshooting basic circuit problems, including failure analysis.
- Basic skills with multimeters, power supplies, and multi-channel oscilloscopes.
- Ability to analyze data and graph results.
- Understanding of power tools, motor drives, controllers, and general mechanical principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks assigned by several engineers.

The Salary range for this position is $52,900.00 - $85,100.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
