Salary $180,000 - $250,000 per year.

Our client base spans industries such as real estate & construction, healthcare, family offices, nonprofits, government contractors, distribution, and more. • Leading and overseeing the full spectrum of tax services — compliance, planning, advisory — for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and family offices.
• Developing and executing tax strategies that minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, including staying abreast of tax reform and regulatory changes.
• Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of tax professionals; helping with hiring, performance management, training, and ensuring high quality work product.
• Building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, delivering client service excellence, and ensuring client retention.
• Serving as a thought leader in the firm on tax matters — both internally (sharing best practices, improving processes) and externally (speaking, writing, representing the firm, etc.).
