A rapidly growing transaction advisory firm specializing in M&A advisory, financial due diligence, and strategic finance is seeking experienced professionals to join its team. The Manager / Senior Manager will lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, working closely with clients across industries such as healthcare, business services, manufacturing, and distribution. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, looking to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.

• Manage multiple transaction advisory engagements, including Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, working capital assessments, and financial statement reviews.
• Lead client communications and present findings to stakeholders including private equity firms and corporate acquirers.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and contribute to internal process improvements.
• Travel: 10%

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of lateral experience in transaction advisory services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and M&A processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Quick Books is a plus.
