  • Communicate effectively with clients, plan participants, and internal stakeholders regarding deliverables, timelines, and status updates.
  • Take ownership of work quality, accuracy, and timeliness, meeting service level agreements and internal deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating individual initiative.
  • Adhere to hybrid work expectations, including being in the office three days per week (exceptions may be provided on an ad-hoc basis).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in participant-facing communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
