Responsibilities

  • Provide client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs).
  • Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on available banking and investment offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
  • Assist in aligning practices with the bank’s policies, procedures, and operational excellence objectives.
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships, promoting banking integration into day‑to‑day practices and communicating outputs to the FA.
  • Support day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal workload increases, while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
Required Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
  • Client‑centric mindset, always acting in best interest of client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (or 65 and 63 in lieu of 66).
  • Knowledge of investment products and experience delivering complex solutions to clients.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented, with sound judgment and discretion for sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift & Hours

1st Shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 37.5.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $44.00. Incentive: discretionary annual award based on performance.
