Finance Manager, Engineering – NA/EMEA Pro Electrified Design Center

The JobAs a Finance Manager, Engineering, you’ll be part of our Global Engineering and Technology Finance team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Evaluate financial potential of new programs (NPD, Productivity, GSC Initiatives, etc.) using financial models to analyze payback/returns and drive prioritization based on investments and current resource utilization.
- Support Engineering rhythms by performing analysis and delivering insights specific to the NA/EMEA Pro Electrified Design Center to ensure projects are delivered on time, on quality, and on budget.
- Manage deliverables in support of key financial rhythms including the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, 3‑year strategic plan, and executive meetings.
- Act as a Design Center finance liaison with Tools & Outdoor FP&A, Brand Finance and GSC Finance.
- Partner with Brand Team & Design Center Leader on ad‑hoc requests and special projects.
- Help transform by developing new financial processes to improve transparency around Engineering ROI while also driving efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
- Provide critical feedback throughout the project/initiative planning processes to ensure projects are financially viable (accurate & complete business cases), supportive of strategic goals, and modeled with accurate financial data.
- Provide project‑level insights to SG&A (Development Costs), especially around resourcing and indirect spend within Pro‑Electrified Products.
- Provide insights to CAPEX (NPD Tooling, R&D, etc.) for investments.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables, project manage initiatives & develop new financial processes.
- Strong executive communication/presentation skills & ability to work cross‑functionally.
- 5+ Years of relevant financial experience & Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- A working knowledge of ERPs, Financial Reporting Systems (BA&R, HFM) and PowerBI.

The salary range for this position is $77,600.00 – $. This is the lowest to highest annual full‑time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and compliance with local wage requirements. The salary range may vary for other locations.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.
