Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $200,000 - $350,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead and manage the tax department to deliver quality tax services to our clients.
• 2. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients in various industries.
• 3. Review complex income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tax law.
• 4. Identify and mitigate tax risks through careful evaluation of company operations and financial status.
• 5. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• 6. Maintain strong relationships with clients to gain their trust and business.
• 7. Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• 8. Collaborate with other departments and partners to drive overall business goals.
• 9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain the company's competitiveness.
• 10. Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

• 1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a tax role.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
• 4. Strong understanding of tax law and statutory regulations.
• 5. Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• 7. Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align tax strategies with business objectives.
• 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax information clearly.
• 9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
• 10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
