Tax Supervisor

The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and provide strategic tax planning advice. • Supervise and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to optimize tax strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
• Prepare and present tax reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or tax management.
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
