This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hearing Aid Dispenser located in Towson, MD. The Hearing Aid Dispenser will conduct hearing tests, perform audiometry, and provide custom solutions for hearing aids to meet patients' needs. Daily responsibilities include identifying and addressing patient hearing challenges, providing outstanding customer service, educating patients on hearing aid options, and offering guidance and counseling throughout the process.

The professional will work collaboratively with an expert team to deliver high-quality hearing care.

• Knowledge and expertise in Audiology and conducting Hearing Tests
• Proficiency in Audiometry and fitting of custom hearing aids
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to support and educate patients
• Understanding of Speech and its role in hearing rehabilitation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with patients
• Relevant certifications or licensure to practice as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in Maryland
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting related to audiology is an advantage
