** THE JOB:
** Step into a high‑energy environment where hospitality meets entertainment. As the
** Assistant Manager at BetMGM**, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting a dynamic team. You will be responsible for daily operations - opening the venue, creating floor plans, walking the space, updating the team, and staying active on the floor to support staff. You’ll manage ordering, assist hands‑on when needed, engage with guests, send nightly recap emails with P&L notes, and close the venue with a final walkthrough.
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
* Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation.
* Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records.
* Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
* Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address issues or needs requested by guests  and employees.
* Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or  support departments.
* Keep inventory form and stocking area updated.
* Inspect food coming from support departments to assure freshness and quality.
* Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be at least 21 years of age.
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
* At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
* Prior F&B experience to include supervisory/managerial experience is preferred.

** The pay range for this role is:$47,165.76 - $62,258.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
