What You’ll Do in This Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll serve as the “career matchmaker” between talented professionals and the companies who need them.
You will:
- Build relationships with accounting & finance professionals in your market
- Interview, assess, and coach candidates
- Present strong candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and guide both sides through the hiring process
- Communicate professionally with leaders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with your team to deliver great service and successful placements
