What You’ll Do in This Role

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll serve as the “career matchmaker” between talented professionals and the companies who need them.

You will:

• Build relationships with accounting & finance professionals in your market
• Interview, assess, and coach candidates
• Present strong candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and guide both sides through the hiring process
• Communicate professionally with leaders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with your team to deliver great service and successful placements
