. This rotational, two-year program helps recent graduates build real-world experience across three U.S. facility rotations

- Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to business groups while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions that support business goals.
- Lead HR and analytics projects focused on streamlining processes and increasing working capital turns, including communicating challenges that may affect project deliverables.
- Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects throughout rotational assignments.
- Facilitate structured training programs to support business transformation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Report out and present project deliverables to program peers and company leaders on a regular rhythm.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or Communications
. - Demonstrated leadership experience paired with a strong academic background.
- Prior internships in HR, Analytics, or Project Management
. - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment without constant direction or supervision.
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, plus presentation and facilitation skills; social media savvy communicator; ability to communicate across potential language barriers.
- Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, creative problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Resourcefulness navigating ambiguity by using internal and external channels to find solutions.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills, including the ability to build alliances, influence others, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to be proactive, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments on a timely basis.
- Rotation every 6-12 months across work assignments, projects, and teams;
relocation for a minimum of one rotation may be required
