This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore area for a Senior Lead System Engineer. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of complex systems while ensuring their operational integrity. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing system administration tasks, and providing expert-level technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system performance and scalability.

• Expertise in Systems Engineering, including experience with the design and implementation of technology infrastructures
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for diagnosing and resolving system issues
• Proficiency in System Administration, ensuring reliable system performance and maintenance
• Experience with Systems Design to create scalable and efficient solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as necessary
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in a leadership role or managing technical teams is a plus
